THE WORKOUTS

We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques into a huge variety of 50-minute training sessions. Maximise your time spent in the gym and see results! All classes are run by highly accredited coaches, who will help ensure you're performing the movements with great technique and give you that extra push when you need it.


Our programs progress in 8-10 week blocks however, the classes will constantly vary and there will always be goals and targets for you to achieve!

THE COMMUNITY

We are creating a place with a strong, inclusive community at it’s heart here at Ballarat South. We support each other, push together and share plenty of Hi-5's. These friendships extend outside of the gym and we guarantee you'll meet some great new friends!
